If you attempt to format a write-protected disk, fdformat simply reports
fdformat: 160 track formatting errors

It would be nice if it would print a diagnostic that made it more clear
that the disk is write protected.

 The driver should detect that floppy is write-protected (and fdformat
 should use that info).
