Password changind from client machines (passwd, yppasswd) does not accept old password in "secure mode"

>How-To-Repeat:
when in makefile the "INSECURE?=" is commented out, changing passwd [<anyuser>] will cause the error

>Fix:
A temporary workaround is to uncomment out the
INSECURE?=	yes
line in /var/yp/<domain>/Makefile; touch /etc/master.passwd; make
but this process will cause the passwords to be visible via ypcat passwd
