PMAD-A TurboChannel network card
le1 at tc0 slot 4 offset 0x0le: Reg did not settle (to x0): x181
TurboChannel le1 Network card has problems initialising. All users report
the same identical problem.

>How-To-Repeat:
Just boot up it's in dmesg or when netstat -r is run. Whenever
an attempt to access le1 is made.

State-Changed-Why:
I'm not sure this bug still exists. Anyone still have turbochannel
alpha hardware to try to reproduce it?

 We are still running a

   DEC 3000 - M300X, 175MHz, s/n

 with

   le0 at ioasic0 offset 0xc0000: address 08:00:2b:xx:xx:xx
   le0: 32 receive buffers, 8 transmit buffers

 and

   le1 at tc0 slot 1 offset 0x0: address 08:00:2b:xx:xx:xx
   le1: 32 receive buffers, 8 transmit buffers

The changes between sys/dev/tc/if_le_tc.c v1.15 and v1.16 seem to fix
 the

   le1 at tc0 slot 4 offset 0x0le: Reg did not settle (to x0): x181

problem, but produce a new one:
