	cbb doesn't work on my thinkpad 760EL, due to unconfigured interrupt:

		cbb0: NOT USED because of unconfigured interrupt

	this is despite turning on all of the PCI BIOS related options
	people have said might make this better.

	full dmesg output and kernel config is below.

	i'm really keen on using cbb, because based on the experiences
	I think i've heard others report, CF cards are more likely to work
	with the cbb -- they seem to hang the system quite well when
	it's using the pcic drvr.
