	The `roken' library neither supplies a set of manual pages nor
	any other form of documentation that justifies its existence as part
	of the base installation. Note that not even its name provides
	the slightest cue on what it might contain..

	Inspection of the source directory learns that it provides lots of
	functions for which perfectly good alternatives exist in our
	existing C and utilities base libraries. One function - signal() -
	might even upset applications that are unaware of the gratuitous
	argument munging that is done by the `roken' version.

	Think long and hard about the reasons for libroken's existence
	in a NetBSD system. If, in the end, it is deemed indispensible,
	provide adequate documentation on its functionality.
