the next68k bootloader frequently times out while loading the
kernel over NFS. lossage seems very correlated w/ other traffic on the
segment: the load will usually succeed on an idle segment, but heavy use
will almost guarantee a timeout.

boot a next68k box on a busy ethernet.

the bootloader now retransmits as necessary, which works around the
real problem and is a good idea in general anyway.
