I have two next CardBus cards.

	3Com	3CXFE575BT	CardBus
	3Com	3CCFE575CT	CardBus

Under My Switching HUB(Melco LSW 10/100-8),autoneg of ex driver does
not work fine with tqphy.But,it works fine with ukphy.

ex driver's performance is not good for me with tqphy.
Thus I use ex drvier with ukphy,it works fine for me.

Using ex driver with tqphy and connect Melco LSW 10/100-8 Switching HUB.

I'm sorry,I do not know how to fix this problem.

 Please paste the dmesg lines from the two cards. In particular,
 the revision numbers of the tqphy's are interesting.
