The changes of sys/dev/wscons/wsconsio.h:1.35 break
binary compatibility.

>How-To-Repeat:
Invoke old wsconsctl binary as following:
wsconsctl -m -a resolution=100

1. define "OWSMOUSEIO_SRES", etc. in wsconsio.h
2. add "#ifdef COMPAT_15 ... #endif" blocks to each MD mouse drivers.
