>Organization:
Allegiance Telecom
>Environment:
Compaq Armada M300, 128MB ram
>Description:
SMC2632W card causes my newly configured kernel to lockup with wi0:wi0 init failed upon boot or later insertion of the pcmcia card. I've tried unsucessfully to make this card work in Linux and figured NetBSD would work (it just seems to work *better*). Strange thing, the card just fails with wi0: init failed couldn't get mac address with the generic-laptop kernel.
>How-To-Repeat:
Boot with card in slot or insert card after boot.
