>Description:
I noticed on July 19, that rndctl didn't show any bits for my cd0 disk
even though I listen to music on it. Then today I mount_cd9660 a CD and
browsed and looked at a few files on it.
$ rndctl -l
Source Bits Type Flags
fd0 1792 disk estimate, collect
pckbd0 910881 tty estimate, collect
ne0 618339 net estimate, collect
cd0 0 disk estimate, collect
wd0 3743438 disk estimate, collect
>How-To-Repeat:
make sure collection is enabled and entropy estimation is enabled for cd0;
use xcdplayer to listen to audio cds; mount data CDs and look at data;
use "rndctl -l" to see cd0.

G. McGarry told me that reading a few files doesn't generate enough
entropy. So I did a find on the whole CD (as he suggested) and it worked.
Thank you Gregory.
cd0 1152 disk estimate, collect
This PR can be closed once this is clearly explained in the rndctl(8) or
rnd(4) manual page. For example, rndctl(8) reports "Bits", but I don't see
an easy to understand reference to this. Also, it should say that certain
amount of entropy collection is needed before the "Bits" changes; i.e.
reading a few files will not generate enough entropy. I am not sure how
this should be worded. And also it is unclear what "estimation" means.
