some new kernel build goo, i was dismayed to see the build fail after reporting

	(1) install a cross compiler from pkgsrc for arm32 (arm-netbsd)
	(2) cd /sys/arch/arm32/conf
	(3) config OFWGENCFG
	(4) cd ../compile/OFWGENCFG
	(5) cross-do arm32 make depend

>Fix:

	it looks like the acorn32 port has all the "missing pieces".  or
perhaps arm32 shouldn't have any references to the iomd stuff.  i dunno.

I believe this should be fixed as of sys/arch/arm32/include/irqhandler.h 
rev 1.22.  Andrew, can you confirm this?
