this is user creatable/editable file so it should be not in bin.

/usr/pkg/etc/mgetty+sendfax/new_fax

or adding soft link

stub file like

#!/bin/sh
#this file is executed when mgetty completed fax reception
#refer to texinfo documentation
exit 0

will be nice too (mgetty won't print an error
