	After a recent rework of etc/Makefile, all platforms
	now have their distrib/${MACHINE} stuff built (if it exists).

	distrib/mipsco/instkernel builds a bootable floppy
	and tries to run ${DESTDIR}/usr/mdec/installboot to
	make the floppy bootable.  That program is not cross- build
	friendly.  mipsco should be migrated to /usr/sbin/installboot
	which is cross-build friendly.

	Previously the mipsco didn't have a rule in
	etc/etc.mipsco/Makefile.inc to perform this, so it wasn't a
	problem (but, on the other hand, it had no distrib stuff built).

	Observe that the autobuild cross-build of NetBSD-current for
	mipsco now fails:
	 http://releng.netbsd.org/ab/B_HEAD/M_mipsco/mipsco.relse.1039564800.txt

	Write a mipsco back-end for /usr/sbin/installboot...
	We should temporarily disable the /usr/mdec/installboot
	in distrib/mipsco/instkernel/Makefile until this is done...
