The problem exists in the NetBSD man page.  It can be repeated
reading the on-line manual.  The bug can be found in
src/share/man/man8/man8.atari/MAKEDEV.8

Fixed, thanks. 
The file to modify is etc/etc.atari/MAKEDEV, though; 
MAKEDEV.8 is generated from that (see the comment at the top of MAKEDEV.8).
