When I insert the card, I get the following error message:
SMC, 2632W, (manufacturer 0x01bf, product 0xb301) at pcmcia0, function 0 not configured.

The computer is a Dell CSx 500H laptop
The card is a: SMC2632W V.3 EU PArt No:99-012084-139 Sub-Assy No: 91-012084-139

I might tackle this, one of these days.  It appears that the problem 
is this is an Atmel-based WiFi adapter.  There is information at
