 Yes :-)
 Still parioctl.h remains in x68k/dev/ directory, which will
 hopefully be moved to x68k/include/ today.

 After that I will have to study gnats to close the PR. :-p

Fixed this. 
Note that bellctrl(1) still includes kernel headers.
