I have both NetGear WG311T (PCI) and WG511T (PCMCIA) cards which are sold as 108Mbps capable. NetBSD can find any "turbo mode" for those cards.

 I think so unless I'm mistaken.
 Find informations attached.

 FYI, I don't use the card anymore as I now have laptops with wpi cards.
 But I still have the PCMCIA WG511T (only, not the PCI WG311T) to test things.

 Btw, the new open source HAL is now (as of yesterday) in the netbsd-5
 branch, if you feel inclined to try it.
