The photos can't be downloaded from the camera.
I preceed as follows:

1. Attach camera
dmesg:
ugen0 at uhub2 port 1
ugen0: Eastman Kodak Company KODAK EasyShare CX7300 Digital Camera, rev 2.00/1.00, addr 2

2. start gphoto2
bash-3.00# gphoto2 --auto-detect

3. Try to get files
bash-3.00# gphoto2 --get-all-files

dmesg shows:
usbd_setup_pipe: failed to start endpoint, TIMEOUT

 Problem appears on 2.0.2 either with updated versions
 of libgphoto2 and gphoto2.

 kernel says : cannot start endpoint
