I just saw this yesterday too, on a pc532 of all things.
the only network interface was loopback, and I wasn't using IPF.
unfortunately the machine locked up after that so I couldn't investigate.

State-Changed-By: maxv@NetBSD.org
State-Changed-When: Sat, 19 May 2018 10:50:26 +0000
State-Changed-Why:
Does it still happen? Unfortunately, without stack trace it is impossible to
know where this problem was coming from. A lot of things have changed since,
and chances are the bug got fixed.

State-Changed-Why:
Close this PR. OP's email address is bouncing, we can't get a trace, and
it's impossible to know where the problem was coming from. The issue is
quite old too, a lot of changes were made, and the bug is likely already
fixed.
