System: NetBSD max.home.network 3.0_STABLE NetBSD 3.0_STABLE (MAX-20060210) #6: Fri Feb 10 16:43:01 CET 2006 builder@max.home.network:/var/obj/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/MAX i386
Architecture: i386
Machine: i386
>Description:
I've just got a second hand Microstar MS-6323 motherboard with a
Pentium 3 733Mhz processor. This motherboard fails to power down
	whenever I do a 'poweroff' with NetBSD/i386 3.0_STABLE, sources
	from yesterday.

More in detail, when doing a 'poweroff', the last message I see
is 'unmounting file systems... done', and later on it gets stalled
	there.

Per cube@'s suggestion, I've enabled ACPI_DEBUG and set AcpiDbgLevel
to 0x00200000. This shows a large trace during shutdown and the
last function called is ExSystemIoSpaceHandler (inside which the
system hangs). At that point, I cannot even enter ddb.

The kernel is built with ACPI but without APM. APM is disabled in
the BIOS. A 'dmesg' output is attached below.
