Architecture: i386
Machine: i386
>Description:
uname, logname, id in /usr/bin should be in /bin. when the root
partition is the only partition available, the user should be able
to run scripts which state that the "user" is root on a "NetBSD"
machine. FreeBSD is configured like that (if that matters :).
>How-To-Repeat:
	not relevant.
>Fix:
move those 3 utilities to the root partition into /bin.

State-Changed-When: Wed, 22 Feb 2006 15:06:15 +0000
State-Changed-Why:
Please do not suggest random policy changes as PR - please discuss them
on the apropriate list and reach consensus first.

My bet is: consensus on this one will be tricky ;-)
