	On a machine that has swap in use
	dd if=/dev/zero of=swap # enough for the swap space to fit.
	swapctl -a swap
	swapctl -d /dev/xxxx &
	pstat -s	# hangs while swapctl is moving the data
	top		# hangs

	Activity resumes once swapctl is done.
