System: NetBSD kaeru 4.99.3 NetBSD 4.99.3 (build.kaeru.xen3) #44: Sat Nov 18 19:35:58 JST 2006 takashi@kaeru:/usr/home/takashi/work/kernel/build.kaeru.xen3 i386
Architecture: i386
Machine: i386
>Description:
IPSELSRC fails to create its sysctl nodes for xvif.
note that their names contain '.'.

xvif1.0: Ethernet address aa:00:00:51:02:f0
sysctl_createv: sysctl_create(xvif1.0) returned 22
in_domifattach_sysctl: could not create net.inet.ip.interfaces.xvif1.0, rc = 22

>How-To-Repeat:
run a xen dom0 kernel with IPSELSRC, and create xvif.
>Fix:
make IPSELSRC use ioctl rather than sysctl for per-interface settings.
