Some errors when building graphics/netpbm:

 - __inline__ not defined (patch-ag)
 - symbols not found due to libraries in wrong order in ld args (patch-ab)
 - define unknown with parameters (patch-ac)
 - JASPERLIB unset, must be set to NONE (patch-aa)
 - strdup not found (patch-ai)
