>Description:

Trying to mount this flash disk device:

May 20 22:33:07 core /netbsd: umass0 at uhub2 port 8 configuration 1 interface 0
May 20 22:33:07 core /netbsd:
May 20 22:33:07 core /netbsd: umass0: vendor 0x10d6 USB 2.0(HS) Flash Disk, rev 2.00/1.00, addr 2
May 20 22:33:07 core /netbsd: umass0: using ATAPI over Bulk-Only
May 20 22:33:07 core /netbsd: atapibus1 at umass0: 2 targets
May 20 22:33:07 core /netbsd: sd0 at atapibus1 drive 0: <USB 2.0, (HS) Flash Disk, 1.00> disk removable
May 20 22:33:07 core /netbsd: sd0: fabricating a geometry
May 20 22:33:07 core /netbsd: sd0: 962 MB, 962 cyl, 64 head, 32 sec, 512 bytes/sect x 1971889 sectors

This error appears after $ mount -t msdos /dev/sd0e /mountpoint :

May 20 22:33:25 core /netbsd: umass0: Invalid CSW: tag 101 should be 102

The mount command doesn't return and other processes start to block.

If lucky enough, after shutdown by root:

May 20 22:42:16 core /netbsd: umass0: BBB reset failed, TIMEOUT
May 20 22:42:16 core /netbsd: umass0: at uhub2 port 8 (addr 2) disconnected

and the system can't umount the rest of the filesystems. A hard reset is needed.
