the copyright on macppc/dev/apm.c is a little weird, referring to regents who didn't write the code. i just changed the code in openbsd, with permission of the authors. at the time, jtk requested i forward this along to netbsd.
the i386 apm.c file was changed long ago in netbsd to have a different copyright, but macppc is still relevant.
