IBM RS/6000 Model 7043-140
>Description:
The NetBSD/prep ISO is lacking the required "PPC PReP Boot" partition to allow the ISO to be bootable, making an installation of NetBSD/prep impossible by CD.
>How-To-Repeat:
Get a PReP box, write the ISO, try to boot. Nothing.
>Fix:
Figure out how to get the boot partition and booter into the ISO.

Boot with NetBSD 5_BETA ISO failed, boot process stops at Firmware
 Checkpoint F05 on a Model 7043-140.

Checkpoint F05 is "Passing control to the Operating System", stopping
at this point indicates that the integrity of the boot image is
suspect according to the service manual.

I have tried installing from the CDROM with 8.0 and it appears to not
boot (stuck on PowerPC white screen) when connected to the VGA port, but
as mentioned previously, the CDROM boot uses the serial port. When
connected to the serial port, it does reach the NetBSD bootloader, but
 has this problem:

  >> NetBSD/prep BOOT, Revision 1.9 (Tue Jul 17 14:59:51 UTC 2018)

 INTRF
 phase mismatch without command
 selection timeout without command
 unhandled scsi interrupt, sist=0xffff sstat1=0xff DSA=0xffffffff
 DSP=0x7f7e8fff
XXXXX: fatal error, need reset the bus...

 (repeating loop from INTRF)

Someone else had this problem too:
