>Description:
Pre-5.99.6 ifconfig binary cannot configure IPv6 network address.

>How-To-Repeat:
	eos# ifconfig hme0 inet6 eos alias
ifconfig: SIOCAIFADDR_IN6: Inappropriate ioctl for device

>Fix:
Some structures in netinet6/in6_var.h use time_t. So it
seems we need to provide compat ioctls.

State-Changed-Why:
Has this been fixed? I vaguely recall some ifconfig-related compat stuff
being cleaned up during the -6 release cycle.
