pppd man page says DNS1 and DNS2 are for ip-up script
and then later in same manpage says are for different scripts.

Also description for using the peer DNS is out of order and seems
to imply that the ip-up script is ran before the /etc/ppp/resolv.conf
is created. That is wrong. (I didn't provide patch for that.)

I'd fix this myself, but I see this is in "dist" and I opened this
bug so I can remember.
