Running the INSTALL and INSTALLSBC kernels on an LCIII (using the MacOS Booter) hangs after assigning the keyboard and mouse at the wsmux.

The hang occurs whether or not a keyboard is connected to the ADB.  Have not tested without a mouse.  Hang also occurs with Ethernet card depopulated.

I'm working on annotating the boot process to find out where it's hanging, but it'll have to wait until the cross-compiler for mac68k is done on my slow PPC machine.
