 http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/3.5.3/rpm/x86/LibO_3.5.3_Linux_x86_install-rpm_en-US.tar.gz.mirrorlist

Unlucky, it is the only mirror site provided with https.

pardon, should be: "(same problem in wip/libreoffice)"

State-Changed-By: maya@NetBSD.org
State-Changed-When: Tue, 10 Jul 2018 20:30:19 +0000
State-Changed-Why:
wontfix, added https support to ftp (since netbsd-7) and there are many https download links now. a global FETCH_USING=curl for users of very old releases is probably necessary by now.

That is, someone else added HTTPS supported. But it's there now, and has
been for a while. It would be unreasonable to request HTTP-only
downloads. We offer a mirror for distfiles, too, and that one allows
HTTP connections, and is the fallback.
