Not an issue and I do not know much about NetBSD, but was happy to realize it uses phkmalloc behind the scene but looks quite an old version (no D flag for example, the most annoying missing...). Is an update scheduled at some point ? Or replacing by ottomalloc ? :)

 Can you post this on a mailing list? (tech-userlevel is probably the
 right place)

 Since it's not an issue, the issue tracker isn't really the place for
 it :-)
