	I've recently been installed NetBSD on a new Lenovo RD350
	server.  I first tried booting from USB disk and from a USB
	CD-ROM drive, and both the install kernels loaded just fine.
	However, the boot medium was not probed by the 7.0_BETA amd64
	kernel on these boot media.

	The kernel on NetBSD 6.1.3 CD-ROM install media which I had
	laying around however *did* probe the boot media, like so:

	I suspect the "device problem" is the USB keyboard, but I had
	already switched over to use the serial port as console, so that
	doesn't matter.

	Now, after having booted up the 7.0_BETA kernel, I can confirm
	that the kernel does not react when I plug a USB flash disk in,
	and the USB CD-ROM drive which is still plugged in is also not
	detected.

	I turned on USB_DEBUG and set usbdebug and uhubdebug to 10,
	and got these boot messages:

       Someone hinted that this is in instance of PR kern/48494, and a
       suggested workaround is to disable ACPI.  Unfortunately, that
       workaround doesn't work in my case, as I get a fatal privileged
       instruction fault:

	Also, retrying with a -current kernel of 29 April 2015 vintage
	didn't improve the situation.

	Someone also hinted that the June 23 2015 change to
	src/sys/arch/x86/x86/intr.c (revision 1.86) could possibly
	help, but applying that change to the 7.0_BETA sources I had
	did not improve the situation.


>How-To-Repeat:
	Try to boot amd64/7.0_BETA (possibly also i386) on recent
	hardware (rumour has it this problem is apparently not limited
	to this particular box type), watch it miss out on all the USB
	devices.
