There was a similar problem some time ago where a number of the skin
distfiles got updated and their older versions removed, but the package
didn't keep up.  This was compounded by the new skins using features that
did not yet exist in the then-latest extant release of 'gmplayer'.

It is hoped the complication has not returned.

 Looking at mplayerhq.hu, it appears the "Blue-small" skin has been updated
 to v1.9.  Naturally, "http://mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/skins/" only has this
 version and no older versions.

 As of pkgsrc-HEAD (pre-pkgsrc-2017Q1) "Blue-small-1.9.tar.bz2" remains
 fetchable and satisfies the build (haven't tried running it).
