>Description:
Recently (without an update to firefox), video playback will freeze almost always. tested with twitch & youtube. audio works fine.
Did a clean build of pkgsrc-current and used firefox --safe-mode to no avail.
Using PKG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS="-pulse -pulseaudio -alsa oss"

>Fix:
I'm investigating, but if anyone else has the same issue, it helps to have confirmation. suspecting audio changes in NetBSD..

Second tab opening audio+video works fine - video playing.
Someone mentioned mpv failing, I saw it too once. so definitely
not firefox. something about opening audio twice (maybe the way
firefox does it, but I don't know many programs that need cloning
 at all).

Seems better in an update to 7.99.60 -- might've missed
a commit fixing things. I'll close the bug in a few days
 if it doesn't happen again.

(I also had trouble reproducing it with debug firefox,
 so it's not confirmation :-))

seems to work now, must've missed an audio commit before.

I'm patching my kernel to use old audio code so I don't care for this being fixed.
