In terminals it selects text, it sometimes freezes applications like vi, and in graphical interfaces or browsers it is nearly impossible to do anything smoothly. Even filing this PR is quite difficult as the typed text is disappearing due to unintended mouse events being generated

On NetBSD 8.0 BETA tap twice gently on any corner of the touchpad. This gesture gets accidentally triggered when you type.

 No hardware details, no dmesg or xorg.log. It will be hard to do anything
 from this.
