>Description:
The themes shipped with xfce4 are unuable from a usability point of
view (scrollbars that hide the slider if not hovering? wtf?)
and even produce css errors.
In https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8707
it is suggested to use Mate themes instead.
This should be tested and be a pkgsrc option (or the default), unless
upstream fixes themes.

State-Changed-Why:
I've added a dependency to a default gtk3 theme, but the gtk2 engine and themes are still required for a few panel plugins.

Sorry, but from a user perspective I can not parse this.
The question is: if I install a new machine from scratch and just add
meta/xfce4 - will that give me a working setup?
Previously it did not, if that is fixed now, please just close the PR
(I can not quickly test this myself right now)
