Attempting to boot NetBSD-7  kernel on hpcmips results in the kernel hanging on boot

apmdev0 at hpcapm0: Power Management spec V1.2
pcic0: using irq 589827 for socket events
pcic0: WARNING: powerhook_establish is deprecated

Tested the installation kernel (netbsd.gz) from pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-7/201707230840Z & 201708020150Z, same result.
