	The included files provice Icinga2 (2.8.1) and the Classic UI.
	They do *not* provice Icinga 1.x.
	I've been running this (with earlier versions) for a while, but it's probably imperfect.
	I didn't actually test the non-standard options (mysql/pgsql and icinga2-studio).
	I didn't test Apache integration since I'm using lighttpd.
	Thanks to the Icinga developers for including all my previous patches (patch-lib_base_unix.hpp will probably become obsolete with the next Icinga2 release).

	For those unfamiliar with the Icinga/Icinga2/ClassicUI business:

	Icinga is a fork of Nagios. Icinga2 is not Icinga, version 2, but (a misnomer and) a complete re-write. Icinga comes only in 1.x, Icinga2 comes only in 2.x. There is no such thing as "Icinga 2.x". If wanting emphasize that you mean Icinga, not Icinga2, people say "Icinga 1.x".

	Icinga (1.x) comes with a "Classic" Web UI. Here "classic" means CGI, not PHP. This is called "ClassicUI". The source for this is included in the Icinga (1.x) source, icinga-core. It interacts with Icinga via certain files.

	Icinga2 comes with a compatibility module providing the file interface ClassicUI needs to operate. However, with Icinga2, these files have different names/locations than with Icinga, so ClaassicUI has to be configured differently in oder to operate with a (compatibility enabled) Icinga2.

	So in the end, to build ClassicUI for Icinga2, you need
	-- the Icinga 1.x source; that's why there's an icinga package directory (which doesn't build Icinga 1.x).
	-- a build environment with the Icinga2 path settings; that's why there's the icinga2-classicui package (and not icinga-classicui or a classicui option for icinga).
