wpa_supplicant, according to wpa_cli is forever scanning.

Reproduced on amd64 and arm.

On the amd64 I was able to confirm that it was't my config.  Pointing wpa_supplicant at the built-in WIFI worked.

 I switched that to "run0" - I guess that is what you mean?

 Does "ifconfig -v run0" show any received pkts or errors?
