NetBSD z400a.blilly.net 7.1 NetBSD 7.1 (GENERIC.201703111743Z) amd64 x86_64 Intel 686-class NetBSD
>Description:
This system has been upgraded several times as new releases have been issued (possibly a factor).
An example of the problem today when trying to ugrade to gcc7:
# pkgin -y in gcc7
calculating dependencies... done.
pkgin: openvas-libraries-2.0.0nb10 has no associated repository
OK, but so what? I didn't ask for openvas-libraries and it's not
a dependency for gcc.
Falling back to a more reliable method:
# . /etc/pkg_install.conf ; pkg_add -U gcc7
gcc7-7.2.0: registering info file /usr/pkg/gcc7/info/cpp.info
gcc7-7.2.0: registering info file /usr/pkg/gcc7/info/cppinternals.info
gcc7-7.2.0: registering info file /usr/pkg/gcc7/info/gcc.info
gcc7-7.2.0: registering info file /usr/pkg/gcc7/info/gccinstall.info
gcc7-7.2.0: registering info file /usr/pkg/gcc7/info/gccint.info
gcc7-7.2.0: registering info file /usr/pkg/gcc7/info/gfortran.info
gcc7-7.2.0: registering info file /usr/pkg/gcc7/info/libgomp.info
gcc7-7.2.0: registering info file /usr/pkg/gcc7/info/libitm.info
gcc7-7.2.0: registering info file /usr/pkg/gcc7/info/libquadmath.info
That works fine, using the same repositories.
