Computer does not poweroff. Neither 'shutdown -p now' nor 'xl shutdown' works.
Disks are synced and devices are detached, nothing more.
This computer powers off fine with a regular kernel.
I didn't touch the kernel configuration.

Poweroff works fine for me with 8.99.19 with xenkernel42, I assume it
would work with xenkernel48 too. Can you try with 8.0_RC1?

If that doesn't work, can you provide dmesg.boot? IIRC there was some
missing support for PowerNow for AMD.
