 https://www.netbsd.org/support/send-pr.html has working links of
   https://www.netbsd.org/support/query-pr.html

 for those.

 I looked briefly in htdocs/ but didn't find the page or script where
 they are being generated.

 It's a repository called "htutils", probably.

 The "[Search PRs]" link is working now.

 The "[Send a PR]" is still broken.
 It points to http://gnats.netbsd.org/support/send-pr.html which is
    404 Not Found"
 and I think it should point to
    http://www.netbsd.org/cgi-bin/sendpr.cgi?gndb=netbsd
