>Description:
Booting an intel DH67BL based server, trying EFI boot (copied by hand):

total memory = 527 MB
avail memory = 485 MB
running cgd selftest aes-xts-256 aes-xts-512 done
efi: systbl at pa dac0bf18
uvm_fault(0xffffffff8171f9e0, 0xfffff96e4b80b000, 1) -> e
fatal page fault in supervisor mode
trap type 6 code 0 rip 0xffffffff8023c9d7 cs 0x8 rflags 0x10246 cr2 0xfffff96e4b80bf28 ilevel 0x8 rsp 0xffffffff81a24e50
curlwp 0xffffffff81657560 pid 0.1 lowest kstack 0xffffffff81a202c0
kernel: page fault trap, code=0
Stopped in pid 0.1 (system) at netbsd:efi_getsystbl.part.3+0x4e: movl 1 0(%rbx),%ecx

The server netboots correctly - note difference in memory:
total memory = 16291 MB
avail memory = 15793 MB
timecounter: Timecounters tick every 10.000 msec
Kernelized RAIDframe activated
running cgd selftest aes-xts-256 aes-xts-512 done
...

The BIOS is actually fairly new:
Vendor: Intel Corp.
Version: BLH6710H.86A.0163.2018.1023.1559
Release Date: 10/23/2018

 Just reproduced that page fault with Dec 22 20:41 UTC code on a
 Asus P8Z77-V LX based computer. Advantage that it has a PS/2 keyboard
 and a serial port.

 I revisited the intel server. I can reproduce the bug on 8.99.37. It doesn't
 add much to the story, but as USB keyboard input is ignored at the db>
 prompt, I just booted a kernel with "bt" run on entry to ddb:

 efi_getsystbl.part.3() at netbsd:efi_getsystbl.part.3+0x4e
 efi_init() at netbsd:efi_init+0x30
 cpu_configure() at netbsd:cpu_configure+0xe
 main() at netbsd:main+0x301
