NetBSD wind.tmux.org 8.99.41 NetBSD 8.99.41 (GENERIC) #0: Sat May 18 17:41:34 UTC 2019 mkrepro@mkrepro.NetBSD.org:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC i386
>Description:
Machine is very sluggish, one core is occupied processing interrupts.

CPU0 states: 0.0% user, 0.0% nice, 0.0% system, 85.8% interrupt, 14.2% idle
CPU1 states: 0.0% user, 0.0% nice, 0.0% system, 0.0% interrupt, 100% idle

Checking vmstat -i right after boot, no USB devices connected:

interrupt total rate
TLB shootdown 1060 11
cpu0 timer 8975 97
ioapic0 pin 19 2209 24
ioapic0 pin 18 7074499 76896
ioapic0 pin 17 11 0
ioapic0 pin 16 225 2
msix1 vec 0 243 2
Total 7087222 77035

pin 18 is shared by ohci and radondrm. Eliminating radeon makes no
difference, disabling ohci makes the interrupts go away.

While the interrupt storm is going on, the machine hangs on reboot.
Reboot -n usually works. Unclear how these are related.

A OHCI keyboard is not detected on hotplug (duh).

This is not a new issue, just reporting it in case someone has a good
idea what to try next.

The com0 port isn't physically present, nor could I spot any solder pads,
making debugging this thing a real pita.
