ERROR: libbluray not found using pkg-config

If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
version from Git. If the latest version fails, report the problem to the
ffmpeg-user@ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net.
Include the log file "ffbuild/config.log" produced by configure as this will help
solve the problem.

State-Changed-Why:
With this level of detail, it is impossible to know what is going on.
WhatÅ's more, most of us probably do not have an alpha machine.

Can you maybe paste the contents of ffbuild/config.log as instructed
in the message?

It seems later updates fix this. This PR can be closed, thank you,=20
because ffmpeg4 builds, installs and runs now.
