I have a Nvidia Quadro FX 1800 and am using amd64/netbsd-9 from a few
days ago.

During boot up, I get error messages about INVALID_STATE and
autoconfiguration "channel failed to initialise"

The console, X, and glxgears all seem to work fine otherwise.

Anyway, I thought I'd create a PR about it.  There is some dmesg and
X.0.log info included below.

 I wouldn't say it isn't at least a "serious" category bug. Acceleration
 failing to work is a serious issue. Could this problem be in any way
 because of MSI interrupts? Will need to check.

 I'm also getting the same problems on my MSI GTX 750ti, and the NVIDIA
 GeForce 8200 in my Acer Aspire X1200. This is preventing me from testing
 out either of these chipsets in NetBSD.
