On both macOS and SmartOS, mitmproxy crashes on startup due to the missing dependency on py-sqlite. This can be worked around by installing the dependency.

This should be fixed via pkgsrc/net/mitmproxy/Makefile,-r1.34 in
mitmproxy-6.0.2nb1, can you please `cvs up' and retry and let
us know?
