I got replied from commiter when send pr via web form, but dont get via email.

both, no pull-up action taken, no close, I didnt get any replies.

and, after send pr from web form, I got mail
(a confirmation of the problem report, including the assigned PR number, is sent back to you), but from mail, I didnt get mail
(The message will automatically be appended to the GNATS database entry, and will automatically be resent to several addresses: the original submitter of the PR;).

Do I have some mistakes?
I am very confused...
