I decided to install NetBSD 9.2 (NetBSD-9.2-amd64.iso) on my notebook. It's a HP 15 Notebook AMD E1-2100 APU with Radeon 8200 GPU. It's running Windows 10 Home. Booting from CD drops to the debugger. Here is some of the output from dmesg.
WARNING: module error: module 'cd9660' pushed by boot loader already exists ...
Firmware Error (ACPI): Attempt to CreateField of length zero (20190405/dsopcode-182)
ACPI Error: Aborting method \_SB.WMID.HWMC due to previous error (AE_AML_OPERAND_VALUE) (20190405/psparse-581) ...
Kern Error: [drm:(/usr/src/sys/external/bsd/drm2/dist/drm/radeon/radeon_bios.c:725) radeon_get_bios] *Error* Unable to locate a BIOS ROM ...
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

There have been significant related changes since the NetBSD 9 branch.
Could you please also try an installer from HEAD (which will soon become
NetBSD 10). These are available from release engineering builds here:
